By accessing or using MyTasteRank, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyTasteRank helps you create, score, organize and share personal food and drink rankings. The Service is provided for general use and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any user-provided content.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive purposes.

4. Your Content and Sharing

• You retain ownership of the content you add to MyTasteRank.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You are responsible for the content and images you upload, and for anyone you give access to through a sharing link.

5. Intellectual Property

• MyTasteRank and FrostByte Software retain all rights to their branding, design and proprietary software.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure or error-free.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on rankings, notes or other content in the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTasteRank and FrostByte Software are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
